All Day Productions is first and foremost an event production company in the broadest sense of the word. We are equipped to take creative concepts from the drawing board and turn them into full-scale, unforgettable experiences.

From the first idea to the final delivery, we stay by your side throughout the entire journey, connecting all the different disciplines, people and moving parts needed to make it happen. From concept to technical design, from renders to builds, from graphics to print and everything in between. We oversee the complete process and make sure all those individual elements come together as one.

Concepts and designs tend to start in someone’s mind, on a piece of paper or on a screen. In a world without the boundaries of physics, technical feasibility, budgets or available materials. Reality can be a harsh wake-up call when those ideas actually have to be built.

Having spent years right in the middle of that process, we have learned how to bridge the gap between creative ambition and what is physically possible. Instead of starting with the reasons why something cannot be done, we look for the materials, techniques and solutions that allow us to keep the original idea alive. The goal is always the same: to stay as close as possible to the initial creative vision when it becomes a physical reality.

It might not always be the most aesthetically pleasing part of our work, but it is no less important. Without a solid foundation, there is no solid event. Infrastructure, power, machinery, logistics, site production and temporary structures are what make everything else possible.

Having this knowledge in-house gives us a complete understanding of what is happening behind, underneath and around every production we build. It allows us to see the full picture, identify challenges before they become problems and make sure creative ambition is supported by a technically sound solution. And when we are asked to take responsibility for technical production specifically, we are there to get the job done all day.

Sometimes the biggest impact comes from getting the smallest details right. Signage, graphics and print are often what turn a build into a fully branded environment and bring the final layer of a concept to life. From large-scale banners and façade branding to wayfinding, vinyls, printed panels and custom signage, we manage the full process from artwork and material selection to production and installation.

The same attention goes into the smaller, more tactile pieces. From menus, invitations and door hangers to table tents, cards and other specialist paper goods, we work with different paper stocks, printing techniques and finishes to create pieces that feel as considered as the environment around them. Whether it is a one-off handcrafted item or a larger print run, the material, weight, texture and finish all matter.

With a strong understanding of both print techniques and the surfaces they end up on, we make sure that what looks good on screen works just as well in the real world.

What might define us most as a company are the projects that do not fit neatly into any of the categories above. The thrill of creating and building things that initially seem impossible, impractical or simply a little ridiculous is what keeps the All Day crew going.

Whether we are flying containers over Amsterdam, building a full-scale activation on a rooftop only accessible by crane, turning hot air balloons into a club or creating a beach in the middle of Paris we are all in.

Legend has it we have even built fully functional fire-breathing bulls, created activations on mountainsides at 3,000 metres and constructed complete indoor gardens. When a project does not come with an obvious production manual, chances are we are exactly where we want to be.
